Returns are available on unused parts, UNLESS they are special order. Special order includes alloy wheels ordered in a specific width/offset/PCD/colour combination for your vehicle, that were not held in stock.
All returns must be pre-arranged with us before you send your items - and you must cover the cost of return shipping to our location in Mainland United Kingdom.
The exception to this rule is if the item you have ordered is incorrect or missing parts - we can then cover the cost of return shipping back to us.
Returns Procedure:1. Contact us via email, stating your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond with a returns address
3. When items received, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 - 7 working days
