If you are intending to return an item, please contact us via email first to start the process. Return postage costs must be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Unfortunately, items can sometimes arrive damaged - it happens! When you receive a parcel from us, please inspect it immediately to ensure it's noticed in good time. You can inspect the item before signing for the item, this means it can be signed for "damaged" - and it will then be a lot quicker to rectify the situation with the courier.

We always aim to send the exact specification of item ordered - however if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for an exhange to the correct item, or a refund - if necessary. We cannot, however, be responsible for the incorrect item ordered. In this situation, you can return an unused and boxed item to us for a refund.

Everything we sell has a 1 year warranty, some products may have a longer period which will be stated on the product listing. If you have issues with a product and you'd like to claim via warranty, please email us as soon as possible with the details and photographs. We will then arrange return of the item, and begin the warranty claim process. We endeavour to complete this process as fast as possible.
